Bubba Watson Wins The 2012 Masters In Sudden Death; Phil Mickelson Finishes Third

Bubba Watson looked like he was fighting for positioning earlier in the day and didn't have much of a chance to win the 2012 Masters. But then Watson came storming into the picture with four straight birdies on 13, 14, 15, 16 to get himself tied in first with Louis Oosthuizen. Watson then came up with this great shot on the second playoff hole on the 10th hole to put himself in position to capture the title.

Phil Mickelson will be wondering if he could've been right along with Watson if he just didn't triple-bogey. Twice! Mickelson's triple-bogey nearly sunk his first round of play, and his second triple on Sunday on the 4th hole ultimately did in his chances at winning his fourth green jacket. Mickelson had to settle for a tie for third, which is a distinction he won't be too disappointed in earning.
