2012-13 Bowl Predictions Already? Arizona And Arizona State Projected to Play Mountain West In Small Bowls

As if it weren't early enough to start talking about college football, there are already bowl predictions popping up around the Internet. The Orlando Sentinel is one of the guilty parties and has posted some bowl predictions that do not give good news to either the Arizona Wildcats or Arizona State Sun Devils with their first-year coaches.

While both teams would certainly like to have great success in 2012, both teams are projected to have perfectly mediocre years and play in little bowls against teams that don't play in a big time conference.

The Sun Devils actually show up first on the list for their bowl game.

The Devils are expected to play in the New Mexico Bowl in Albuquerque. Exciting! They will play the Nevada Wolfpack from the Mountain West.

As for the Wildcats, they seem destined to follow the steps of the 2011 Sun Devils. These projections have Arizona playing Boise State in the Las Vegas Bowl.

We know how that turned out for the Devils (not good).

Now that you have these bowl predictions, aren't you more excited for the college football season than before?

Wait, you're not? Ok, that works.
