With the 27th pick in the 2012 NFL Draft, the New England Patriots select Nick Perry, LB, USC
One thing that the Pats were so short on in the season was a pass rush. It was one reason why they could not stop anyone. They would like to take a cornerback, but the first round talent at the position already gone, they are happy to see Perry still on the board.
Perry is good at getting to the QB and has a lot of upside. It is the type of player that New England needs.
The Green Bay Packers are on the clock. Ryan Bafaloukos will make that selection.
