Spencer Lavin Still With Lead, Phil Mickelson Moving Up Entering Final Round Of Waste Management Phoenix Open

The third round of the 2012 Waste Management Phoenix Open is over and the final day begins. After three rounds of golf, Spencer Levin built up his lead, as he is not six shots on runner up Webb Simpson. Lavin shot a -3 65 to bring him to -17 for the tournament.

Local favorite Phil Mickelson made his move on Saturday. He played a great round, finishing the -4. He is now -8 tied in 10th place, nine shots behind Lavin.

The Top 10 (actually 11) looks like this:

1: Spencer Lavin, -17

2. Webb Simpson, -11

3. Bubba Watson, John Huh, -10

5. Chris Stroud, Jason Dufner, Greg Chalmers, Ben Crane, Kyle Stanley, -9

10. John Rollins, Phil Mickelson, -8

On the day, the course saw a single day record for any day in the history of the event with 173, 210 people attending the third round of Saturday.
