After a shootout loss with the No. 3 Oregon Ducks that saw the teams put up 1,315 yards of offense between them, the USC Trojans open as a 10-point favorite over the Arizona State Sun Devils this Saturday. Arizona State travelled to Corvallis last weekend where they fell to the No. 11 Oregon State Beavers, 36-26.
Both teams will be trying to put an end to losing streaks. Arizona State has lost three straight, including a 43-21 loss to the Ducks and a 45-43 loss to the UCLA Bruins. USC, meanwhile, was trying to bounce back from being upset by the Arizona Wildcats, 39-36, two Saturdays ago in Tucson.
Fans could be in for an offensive game at Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum. Both teams average about 37 points a game while giving up in the area of 24 points per contest.
After facing USC, Arizona State will head home to play the Washington State Cougars, while the Trojans will travel across town for their annual rivalry game with the Bruins.
