The Arizona Cardinals take on the Atlanta Falcons in the Georgia Dome. There are a few high profile fantasy players in this game, moreso on the Falcons. Who should you start and who should you sit for this game?
Start:
Rob Housler, Cardinals
If there is one thing that the Falcons have not been able to do well this season, it is cover tight ends. With Todd Heap's status still in limbo and Housler getting more and more reps, look to him for some decent numbers.
Matt Ryan, Falcons
This is actually a tough call. The Cardinals have a great pass defense and don't give up a lot of touchdowns. However, recent history shows us Aaron Rodgers. He only had 14 completions two weeks ago against the Cards' defense, but threw for four touchdowns.
Sit:
Julio Jones, Falcons
This might be a simple case of not playing. Jones did not practice all week. It would be hard to think that he will be able to go on Sunday without having practiced once.
John Skelton, Cardinals
Some might think this is a no-brainer, and it is. The Cardinals offense simply is not good enough to play their quarterbacks. Plus, there is another factor. John Skelton has thrown an interception in 12 straight starts.
Michael Turner, Falcons
The Cards do not play great run defense, but they don't give up a ton of yards to individual backs and they don't find the end zone. Only four rushing touchdowns have come against the Cards defense and only Adrian Peterson has netted more than 100 yards against them.
