NFL TV Schedule, Week 17: Arizona Cardinals, Saints, Tim Tebow Highlight Local Action

The final week of the NFL regular season is here and the state of Arizona will be treated to some games with serious playoff implications. Most of the state will receive three games, although those in the southern portions of the state will get all four afternoon games because of blackout rules. On the slate: the Cardinals, Tim Tebow, the new NFL leader in pass yards in a season, and the always animated Rex Ryan.

In early action on CBS, fans can find the New York Jets take on the Miami Dolphins. Kickoff is set for 11:00 a.m. in Arizona, with Greg Gumbel and Dan Dierdorf calling the action. The Dolphins are one of the hottest teams in the league, while the Jets still have a very slight chance of getting into the playoffs.

In early action on FOX, those in Arizona will see the New Orleans Saints battle Cam Newton and the Carolina Panthers. The Saints are trying to win home field advantage in the playoffs over the 49ers, while Newton will look to add to his rookie resumé.

In late action on CBS at 2:15 p.m., the state will be split. Those in the Phoenix and Flagstaff areas will be blacked out due to NFL rules, while those in Tucson, Yuma and the southern parts of the state will be treated to Tim Tebow and the Broncos as they face the Chiefs. A win from Denver puts them in the playoffs.

In late action on FOX, the Cardinals will take on the Seahawks. The game does not have any playoff implications, although the winner will reach .500 on the season. Sam Rosen and Chad Pennington will call the game.

The primetime game of the week on NBC will feature the Cowboys and Giants. Winner takes the NFC East and heads to the playoffs, loser gets sent home with nothing. Kickoff is set for 6:20 p.m.
