UFC 129: Ben Henderson Post Fight Video, 'I Have A Hatred For Losing'

Ben Henderson walked away at the end of his UFC 129 fight the victory. He defeated Mark Bocek on a 30-27 judges decision and boy was he pleased.

"It feels great. I'm not even going to lie, I'm not going to front, it feels awesome. I think I was walking around with a chip on my shoulder, a weight on my shoulders, a taint on my soul. I feel cleansed, I feel good. It feels awesome," a happy and fairly clean-faced Henderson said.

"I don't like losing. I despise it. I have a hatred for losing. But coming off a win, getting my hand raised, it doesn't erase what happened, I can accept it, but it feels better to be on a W."

Smooth admitted he was a bit tentative throwing his hands and letting his kicks go in deference to Bocek's take down ability. But Henderson also thought the quality of his opponent's submission game was a bit overblown.

"It's not something I take a lot of joy in, not being submitted by Mark Bocek, I don't think I should be," he said.

Henderson said it's up to Dana White to find his next opponent but, "I don't know but whoever it is, I'm going to get my hand raised at the end of the fight."
