Derrick Rose Stumbles In Chicago Bulls Playoff Loss To Indiana Pacers

Chicago had a chance to win their Round 1 series against the Indiana Pacers on Saturday, but the Bulls weren't able to complete a fourth-straight comeback. Derrick Rose was held to 6-22 shooting and just 15 points but of course was a key part of a late surge. Rose left the game in the first quarter with an ankle sprain but was able to return. Between the Pacers focused defense and scrappy energy and Rose's injury they were able to limit him to a mere human performance.

The Pacers once again were up big late in the game and once again almost blew it. Indiana was up 16 with five minutes remaining before they were subject to a Rose-led surge that cut the lead to one. This time, however, they were able to stand up to the Bulls and get the win in the day's biggest margin of victory, 89-84.

The Bulls are up 3-1 in the series with Game 5 in Chicago on Tuesday. Good luck, Indiana!
