NFL Picks, Week 14: Cowboys Should Beat And Cover Vs. Giants

NFL Week 14 is here and we are too with our weekly picks against the spread. We had a fantastic showing last week, going 13-3. We picked the Colts to beat the spread, we picked the Saints plus the points, and we picked Tim Tebow. We struck out on the Packers covering, the Falcons winning and the Cardinals. We are now 101-84 ATS this season. You can still pick against us in our weekly contest which you can join here (ID: 55411, PW: arizona).

Here's our first five picks for Week 14 and the next five. Now we'll share the remaining picks for this week.

San Francisco 49ers at Arizona Cardinals (+4): Last week we got burned picking the Cardinals to lose to the Cowboys with a similar line. This week, the Cardinals should look even better with Kevin Kolb having shaken off the rust in the first half against Dallas. The Niners, however, are a far better team than Dallas and Kolb hasn't shown any kind of consistency in his career. It won't shock us if Arizona wins again based on their improved defense and special teams but we're not going to pick that. Pick: 49ers

Chicago Bears at Denver Broncos (-3.5): There is zero chance of us picking against Tim Tebow at home against the beat up Bears team. Frankly, we're surprised the line is this small. Pick: Broncos

Oakland Raiders at Green Bay Packers (-11.5): The Steelers failed to cover a 14-point spread at home against a bad team, although injury did play a bit of a role. It's pretty much a roll of the dice if the Packers will be able to beat a banged up Raiders team by this big a margin. In the end we just love writing "pick" and "Packers" together. Pick: Packers.

Buffalo Bills at San Diego Chargers (-7): Absolutely anything is possible in this game. If you are betting real money, stay away. If you are making picks for fun, flip a coin. Pick: Chargers

New York Giants at Dallas Cowboys (-3.5): This is clearly the game of the week with the NFC East on the line. The Cowboys are the better team and are at home. They are healthier and should be able to run the ball. Eli Manning, however, can have success against a shaky Cowboys secondary and this game could easily be decided by exactly three points. Pick: Cowboys

St. Louis Rams at Seattle Seahawks (n/a): There's no line posted for this game yet but when you combine how poorly the Rams are playing with the Seahawks great home record, the spread would have to be over seven for us to pick against Seattle: Pick: Seahawks
