Thanksgiving in the NFL has to be one of our favorites as the Week 12 games signal a turn towards the playoffs. In the spirit of sharing, we bring you our picks against the spread for the Sunday games with all of your picks wishes for Thursday here and the rest of the picks coming later in the week.
Overall we are now 80-72 ATS on the season. You can still pick against us in our weekly contest which you can join here (ID: 55411, PW: arizona).
Minnesota Vikings at Atlanta Falcons (-9.5): The Vikings will likely be without Adrian Peterson this week with a high ankle sprain. But they still could cover this big spread on the road against the Falcons, right? Wrong, not with a defense that gives up 27 points per game. Pick: Falcons
Cleveland Browns at Cincinnati Bengals (-7.5): We wait all year for these two Ohio powerhouses to face off in a battle of burn orange and brown/black. Fortunately, we get to see this rivalry happen twice! The Bengals won their first meeting 27-17 in Cleveland. There's no reason to think they won't repeat that performance at home. Pick: Bengals
Carolina Panthers at Indianapolis Colts (+3.5): The Colts have a two-game lead on the "Suck for Luck" campaign. That gives them the margin needed to go ahead and get the win here and avoid an 0-16 season. Pick: Colts
Buffalo Bills at New York Jets (-8): Talk about ugly (and we are not talking about Rex Ryan's foot fetish). These are two teams that have been exposed and now we get to see how they match up a few weeks after the Jets beat the Bills 27-11 on the road. We're inclined to think that the Bills will cover the spread and lose based mostly on the Jets lack of fight and smarts. Pick: Bills
Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Tennessee Titans (-3): The Bucs are one of the season's biggest disappointments. They should at least be able to beat the Titans who may or may not have the services of Matt Hasselbeck. Pick: Buccaneers
