NASCAR At Phoenix International Raceway: Saturday Qualifying TV Schedule For Kobalt Tools 500

Saturday morning, NASCAR drivers will begin qualifying laps at Phoenix International Raceway in advance of Sunday's Kobalt Tools 500. This is the second race in 2011 at the Raceway. In February, Carl Edwards claimed the poll with a lap time of 26.224, which was .032 ahead of Kurt Busch. Jeff Gordon claimed victory that Sunday.

Qualifying for Sunday's Sprint Cup Series kicks off at 1:30am ET and will be broadcast on Speed TV. Prior to the Sprint Cup Series qualifying, the Saturday Nationwide Race will host its qualifying at 12:00pm ET. The Nationwide race will then start at 3:30pm ET. There are some weather concerns for Saturday's qualifying and the Nationwide race as rain is in the forecast. Some rain is also expected on Sunday, so a chance for delay remains in the cards.

You can check the official standings of the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series here. Right now, Carl Edwards is leading Tony Stewart by 3 points, and Kevin Harvick is now 33 points off the lead.
