All 20 fighters made weight for the UFC On FOX card. Some looked like they had gone through hell to get there, while others looked fresh. The UFC towel had to come out only once as Glendale's own Ben Henderson had to strip down naked in order to make the 155 pound limit.
When Cain Velasquez steps into the Octagon to defend his UFC Heavyweight Title he will have a ten pound weight advantage against Junior dos Santos. Velasquez weighs in at 249 pounds, Junior dos Santos tipped the scales at 239.
The weight disadvantage did not seem to phase dos Santos. "Get ready for a war," dos Santos said after the weigh-in. Dos Santos will be fighting in the first championship fight in his career, not only is this the biggest fight of his career, but it is one of the biggest fights in UFC history as the company makes its debut on network television.
