A lottery drawing at approximately 8:40 a.m. will determine the order of the ticket line, giving no benefit to fans lining up prior to 8 a.m. After a number is drawn, fans will be placed in sequential order and sales will begin at the Chase Field Ticket Office at 9 a.m.

If the D-backs advance in the postseason and face the St. Louis Cardinals in the League Championship Series, they will host Game 1 on Sunday and Game 2 on Monday, followed by Games 6 and 7, if necessary, on Oct. 16 and 17. If the D-backs play the Philadelphia Phillies in the League Championship Series, they will host Game 3 on Oct. 12 and Game 4 on Oct. 13. If necessary, the D-backs would also play the Phillies in Game 5 on Oct. 14 at Chase Field.

No info about refunds, but there should be when you purchase tickets.
