Must See Diamondbacks Game: Enright Faces Jimenez

It's been a miserable season for the Diamondbacks and based on the record-low attendance numbers you've responded in the appropriate way - not showing up.

↵

But tonight, at 5:10 p.m., you might want to consider your boycott and head down to Chase Field to see a couple of great young pitchers go at it.

↵

Ubaldo Jimenez leads is tied for National League lead for wins (17) and is seventh in ERA (2.59). He's beat the D-backs four times this year already!

↵

But this time the Snakes might have an answer in Barry The Red Enright. Enright proved his mettle recently in Washington when he battled Strasburg to a draw.

↵

Tonight, he brings his own 2.91 ERA to the fight along with his flaming red fohwak and beard combination.

↵

Enright doesn't throw over-powering stuff, but he's a gamer and can be effective when his best pitches aren't hitting.

↵

He throws an 89 mph sinker about 40 percent of the time and his 89 mph fast ball 33 percent. He's got an effective curve and a change-up that he doesn't throw often but generates strikes 73 percent of the time.

↵

So, skip the movie or whatever else you were going to do tonight and head to the ballpark. Don't worry, there's plenty of tickets available.
