At least this is proof that the Suns are seeking to retain Amar’e for the next few years:
Suns General Manager Steve Kerr said he met Wednesday with Amar’e Stoudemire’s agent, Happy Walters, to discuss a contract extension for the All-Star power forward.
Kerr declined comment on the meeting. Walters could not be reached for comment but said Tuesday that he and Kerr had not talked since the regular season, which ended April 14.
