Nebraska First Domino To Fall, Pac-10 Expansion Coming

With news today that Nebraska is jumping ship:

A source close to the Nebraska Board of Regents told Orangebloods.com Wednesday Nebraska regents have informally agreed to leave for the Big Ten and will make a formal announcement on Friday. Several sources in the Big 12 South have said if Nebraska leaves, the Big 12 is dead.

This is likely the first domino that will lead to those Texas and Oklahoma teams heading west.

Those six schools involved in talks with the Pac-10 face a hard choice, especially with a great offer on the table for Texas, Texas A&M, Texas Tech, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State and either Colorado or Baylor. Do they hang around? Probably not?
