Ryan Finley of the Arizona Daily Star reports that Arizona Wildcats wide receiver Delashaun Dean was arrested last weekend on one count of misconduct involving weapons.
Dean, who has caught 132 passes for 1,407 yards in three seasons, is schedule to appear in a Tucson court next week.
How this arrest affects Dean's upcoming season remains to be seen. He was expected to be one of the Wildcats' top receivers, but this incident may put a wet blanket on those plans.
UPDATE: Finley is reporting that Dean has been suspended indefinitely "due to a violation of team rules."
