Calgary, AB (Sports Network) – Niklas Hagman scored a goal and dished out an assist, as the Calgary Flames defeated the Phoenix Coyotes, 3-1, in preseason action.
Jarome Iginla and T.J. Brodie also lit the lamp for the Flames. Henrik Karlsson made 19 saves.
Shane Doan scored the lone goal for the Coyotes. Jason LaBarbera turned aside 24-of-27 shots.
