Video has been located of Coyotes forward Shane Doan's hit on Anaheim Ducks forward Dan Sexton from Sunday night's game.

While the hit certainly seemed a tad late, there was nothing overly-malicious or brutal in Doan's intentions. The Captain has a relatively pristine reputation in regards to dirty play, so the Coyotes were hoping for some semblance of leniency. Unfortunately, commissioner Gary Bettman seems to be sending a message to the league by handing down this suspension. Take a look at the video and see what you think.
