The Arizona Wildcats are taking on the Washington Huskies, and the first half of the game has yielded a very close contest so far. Heading into halftime, the Huskies are clinging to a 14-13 lead.
John Bonano has helped get the Wildcats on the board and keep them in the game. He kicked a 36 yard field goal in the first quarter to open the scoring, and in the second quarter kicked a 47-yarder.
Arizona quarterback Nick Foles contributed to the scoring with a 24 yard touchdown pass to Juron Criner. After Arizona scored 10 unanswered points in the first quarter, the Huskies kept the Wildcats scoring to Bonano's field goal and scored a pair of rushing touchdowns by Jermaine Kearse and Chris Polk to take the lead, 14-13.
With about two and a half minutes left in the first half, Arizona was able to halt a substantial Huskies drive when Marquis Flowers intercepted a Keith Price pass. Arizona then went three-and-out and were forced to punt it back to Washington.
