Stay connected for news and updates

According to the Arizona Republic's Doug Haller via Twitter the Arizona State men's basketball team has dismissed talented sophomore Keala King from the team for undisclosed reasons at this point.

Arizona State head coach Herb Sendek had this to say about King's dismissal:

"We have decided Keala no longer will be on the team. We wish him nothing but the best in the future."

King has been one of the Sun Devil's most productive players this season thus far, averaging 13.7 points a game, tied with junior Trent Lockett for best on the team. King also was averaging 4.9 rebounds per game and 3.3 assists per game as well, leaving a sizable hole to fill offensively for the Sun Devils.
