The Arizona St. Sun Devils are making methodical moves upward in every major college football poll, including the Internet one featuring our SB Nation blogger. ASU was ranked 22nd overall by this week's blogpoll, a three spot leap from last week. 

Can Arizona State keep on rising? There aren't many upset possibilities left on the schedule. ASU plays Colorado next, which by all indications should be an easy victory. They then battle UCLA, the only serious threat remaining in their division to capture the South, and if they do that, they should clinch a spot in the conference title game in December. However, with few remaining difficult opponents on the schedule, the Sun Devils might rise, but they won't be drastic leaps. Only an upset in the Pac-12 title game of Oregon or Stanford would really elevate them up; until then they'll probably be hanging outside the top ten or fifteen.
