Diamondbacks Acquire 1B Frazier Hall from Angels

According to the team's official Twitter account, the Arizona Diamondbacks acquired Frazier Hall from the Los Angeles Angels on Friday to complete the trade for Barry Enright.

Hall fills in the void as the player to be named later and was with the Angels' Single-A affiliate Cedar Rapids Kernels prior to coming over in the deal.

According to his MLB.com player profile, the 6'4 left-hand hitting first baseman was hitting .254 with 13 home runs and 50 RBI through 126 games and 456 plate appearances.

Enright was traded to the Angels on Jul. 23. The 26-year-old right-hander started 21 games for the D-Backs' Triple-A affiliate and posted a 5.87 ERA and 5.9 strikeouts per nine innings to go along with 4.2 walks per nine in 110 1/3 innings in 2012.
