The Arizona Diamondbacks return home after posting a 2-5 record on their road trip to take on the lowly Astros.

After a tough loss to the Cincinnati Reds to close out their road trip, the Arizona Diamondbacks return to the friendly confines of Chase Field to take on the worst team in Major League Baseball, the Houston Astros. The Astros currently boast a lineup that most people probably wouldn't be able to recognize and due to that, they find themselves holding a 34-58 record.

The Diamondbacks' main goal in this series should be to start finding some consistency in their bats. While playing the Cubs (another team sitting low on the power rankings), Arizona was only able to rack up a total of one run per game throughout the three game series. After some shifts in the lineup and some more roster tweaks, the team needs to get their bats hot in a hurry if they want to make a run at postseason play.

One of the other questions for the D-backs heading into this series is who the starter will be for the third game. Arizona recently sent young phenom Trevor Bauer back down to AAA to get some more time in the minors. That should make way for long reliever Josh Collmenter to earn his starting spot back, but it has not been made official as of yet.

Here are your pitching probables for this three game series in Phoenix:

Friday, July 20, 9:40 PM EST: Bud Norris (5-7, 4.70) vs. Trevor Cahill (7-8, 3.71)

Saturday, July 21, 8:10 PM EST: J.A. Happ (7-9, 4.83) vs. Wade Miley (10-5, 3.13)

Sunday, July 22, 4:10 PM EST: Jordan Lyles (2-6, 5.29) vs. Unknown
