The Arizona Diamondbacks' right-handed pitcher Trevor Bauer has apparently fallen out of favor with the organization and could be traded, according to a report.
Amidst reports of right fielder Justin Upton as a potential trade chip, the Arizona Diamondbacks have indicated that they will listen to offers for right-handed pitcher Trevor Bauer, according to ESPN.com's Jerry Crasnick.
In addition, the report says that Bauer may have fallen out of favor with some members of the Diamondbacks' organization.
Bauer finished the season with a 6.06 ERA in 16.1 innings in four starts, including one win and two losses. The Diamondbacks drafted the Los Angeles native and former UCLA Bruin with the third pick in the first round of the 2011 amateur draft.
The Diamondbacks finished the season with an 81-81 record, which was good enough for third in the National League West under manager Kirk Gibson. Upton remains the biggest component of the team's possible trades, as he was mentioned in talks during the season prior to the trade deadline before the conversation resurfaced during the offseason.
