Cardinals Tender LaRod Stephens Howling, Greg Toler, Rashad Johnson

The Arizona Cardinals tendered three of restricted free agents of Friday, consisting of Larod Stephens Howling, Greg Toler, and Rashad Johnson.

Howling was extended a second-round tender after being a seventh-round pick in the 2009 draft, proving his worth to be bumped up to the next tender level. Greg Toler and Rashad Johnson were tendered at their original draft status, while the Cards did not tender linebacker and special teamer Reggie Walker as some speculated.

All three can still seek free-agent deals from other team. Howling's tender is around $1.9 million while the other two are expected to be worth about $1.2 million, and would mean the Cardinals would receive a fourth-round and third-round draft pick as compensation if they were picked up by another squad and the Cards didn't match the offer sheet.
