St. Louis Rams Hire Les Snead As GM, Cardinals Retain Steve Keim

After a lot of speculation regarding the Arizona Cardinals coaching staff and front office, it seems things are finally done. The final move (or lack thereof) came as it is reported that the St. Louis Rams have hired Les Snead to be their general manager.

Arizona Cardinals director of player personnel Steve Keim was a candidate for the job and had interviewed, but with the hiring of Snead, he will remain with the Cardinals.

Most Cardinals fans will be pleased with this news because Keim is well-respected and has helped with the drafting of some very talented players on the team.

It is his 13th season with the team, and has had his current position since May 2008. He worked his way up to his current job starting as a scout and getting promotions from there .
