Brian Hoyer has a believer in Ron Jaworski.

The Arizona Cardinals are desperate for a quarterback. The Kevin Kolb experiment hasn't gone well and John Skelton has been awful. Ryan Lindley is still young, but you would be hard-pressed to find a believer in Arizona after his play in six games this year. So who's left?

Brian Hoyer is the only quarterback left on the Cardinals who the team might have the slightest bit of hope in, but he's a journeyman who hasn't been able to stick with any teams. Would anyone really believe in him? Ron Jaworski does.

"I actually have seen a lot of Hoyer in a lot of preseason games with the New England Patriots, and I like what I saw," Jaworksi told Arizona Sports 620 on Thursday. "I just got done watching the Chicago game...and I thought Hoyer handled [the pressure put on by the Bears defense] pretty well."

Hoyer has a believer! The 27-year-old was 11-for-19 for 105 yards and an interception against the Bears so his line won't impress anyone, but he was under pressure all game. Plus, he impressed Jaws!
