Arizona Cardinals tight end Rob Housler was upgraded on Thursday.

After appearing on Wednesday's injury report as limited because of a knee injury, Arizona Cardinals tight end Rob Housler was upgraded to full participation on Thursday.

It's good news for the Cardinals, who need every capable receiver to help out rookie quarterback Ryan Lindley against the Detroit Lions on Sunday. Housler, out of Florida Atlantic, has 43 catches for 404 yards as the team's third-most-prolific pass-catcher.

Also added to the Thursday injury report was safety James Sanders, who was limited because of a calf issue. Sanders has 17 tackles this season.

Otherwise, not much has changed on the injury report. Receiver Early Doucet sat out because of a concussion, defensive end Ronald Talley did not participate because of ankle troubles, and defensive tackle Dan Williams remained sidelined with a hamstring injury.

Limited were defensive end Calais Campbell (calf), defensive tackle Nick Eason (ankle), safety Kerry Rhodes (abdomen), receiver Andre Roberts (ankle) and cornerback Greg Toler (hamstring).
