The 2012 season has been a tough one for the Arizona Cardinals offensive line. It got even worse this week as starting center and captain Lyle Sendlein was placed on injured reserve with a torn MCL.

Once again, the Cardinals offensive linemen will have to adjust. Of the five players who made up the starting offensive line at the beginning of the season, only Daryn Colledge and Adam Snyder remain. With so many losses to the unit throughout the season, the entire group has been forced to readjust several times.

With Rich Ohrnberger now taking over at center for Sendlein, another adjustment is needed. Ohrnberger and rookies Nate Potter and Bobby Massie will join Colledge and Snyder along the offensive line when Arizona faces the New York Jets on Sunday.

While Cardinals coach Ken Whisenhunt admitted there would be mistakes and miscommunications playing with a new lineup, the players have worked this week in practice to develop as much chemistry as possible. That includes staying after practice to work together on communication techniques.

With so many injuries hitting in one season, it would be easy to feel snakebit, but Snyder said it's part of the business and it's more about how you adapt.
