Cardinals vs. Vikings 2012: Game preview, kickoff time, TV schedule and more

Mark J. Rebilas-US PRESSWIRE

The Arizona Cardinals will try to snap a two-game losing streak against the Minnesota Vikings when they head up to the Metrodome this weekend in a battle of two unlikely 4-2 teams.

The Arizona Cardinals started the season 4-0 with some big-time wins, knocking off the Seattle Seahawks, upsetting the New England Patriots in Foxboro, then pounding the Philadelphia Eagles and edging out the Miami Dolphins. Things have gotten a little bit tougher the last two weeks, as they have lost to the St. Louis Rams on a short week and fallen to the Buffalo Bills at home in overtime. Arizona looks to right the ship and ensure they at least stay in a tie for the lead in the NFC West.

The Vikings have had a pretty great start too. They routed Tennessee, beat conference foe Detroit, edged out Jacksonville and shocked the 49ers. Minnesota did lose to the Indianapolis Colts in the final seconds and lost last week to the Washington Redskins, but the Vikings have to be pretty satisfied with where they are.

The game starts at 11 a.m. MT. It game can be seen on FOX in certain regional markets.
