Jayne Kamin-Oncea-US PRESSWIRE - Presswire

The Cardinals made two roster moves on Tuesday in an attempt to fix their struggling offensive line.

The Arizona Cardinals released cornerback Crezdon Butler to make room for the re-signing of tackle Pat McQuistan on Tuesday. McQuistan was released by the team on September 25th after spending the first three games of the year inactive. The Cardinals have done a poor job up front this season, and are hoping McQuistan can help in his second stint with the club.

The seventh-year veteran, McQuistan, spent most of last season with the New Orleans Saints, appearing in ten regular season games as well as both of the Saints' playoff games. He played with the Dolphins in 2010 after spending the first four years of his career with the Dallas Cowboys. The Cowboys drafted McQuistan in 2006 out of Weber State. In total, he has appeared in 66 games as a pro and started eight. He will wear No. 67.

Butler has played in one game for the Cardinals this season, failing to record a tackle against the Bills on Sunday. The third-year player appeared in two games with the Redskins earlier this year.
