The Arizona Cardinals still might not have inside linebacker Daryl Washington for Sunday's game with the Seattle Seahawks. Darren Urban of Cards Chatter reports that Washington was not in a helmet during open practice and sat out the rest of Wednesday with a calf strain, an injury that forced him out of Week 2 action against the Redskins.
It's very puzzling to see Washington sitting out practice for a calf strain. The concern is if this is similar to the Beanie Wells situation from last season, where his bruised knee turned into meniscus repair.

Paris Lenon practiced in full despite suffering from a groin injury and after being carted off the field Sunday. Good sign for the Cardinals there.
- TE Jim Dray (pectoral strain, an injury that kept him out of Sunday's game), WR Demarco Sampson (hamstring), RB LaRod Stephens-Howling (hand, inactive against the Skins) and WR Chansi Stuckey (hamstring) were all limited.
