Rory McIlroy has taken the lead in the second round of the 2012 Deutsche Bank championships, climbing five spots up the leaderboard with a score of 65. Ryan Moore is two strokes behind him, and Seung-Yul Noh dropped two spots and is part of a clump of players tied for third. All three men are done for the day. Still on the links is Tiger Woods, who is 1-under for the round through 11 holes, leaving him tied for sixth place.

Former ASU Sun Devil Phil Mickelson matched his score from the opening round, shooting 68 for a 6-under score, currently good enough to tie for 13th place and leaving him well north of the coming cut line, which is expected to settle around 1-over.
