2012 Barclays: Robert Garrigus Moves Up Leaderboard, Phil Mickelson Tees Off This Afternoon

Phil Mickelson is the headliner around the state of Arizona, but lesser-known Scottsdale, Arizona resident Robert Garrigus is making an early charge on the second day of 2012 Barclays at Bethpage Black in New York. Garrigus entered the day 2-over par and well off the lead, but has had a blistering start to the front nine this morning. Through nine holes he has racked up four birdies and has moved all the way up to a tie for 27th place at 2-under.

The bigger names, including Mickelson, will start their rounds later today. Phil is scheduled for a 12:44 pm tee time, while Tiger Woods, Zach Johnson, and Rory McIlroy all begin at 1:06.
