To celebrate the Fourth of July, the 2012 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series will roll into Daytona International Speedway on Saturday night. The drivers will race under the lights in Florida for the checkered flag in the Coke Zero 400. Overall Sprint Cup points leader Matt Kenseth holds pole position for the race and is looking to pad his lead. Nos. 2, 3 and 4 starters Ryan Newman, Kasey Kahne and Greg Biffle all got bumped up in the starting lineup when Tony Stewart failed his post-qualifying inspection. Stewart will have to start near the end of the field as a result.
The green flag is scheduled to wave at 4:53 p.m. PT and will be the fifth of six races this year that will be broadcast on TNT. There IS live streaming of the race tonight, which can be found at NASCAR.com's "RaceBuddy" site. If you'll be away from your computer and TV, check the Motor Racing Network's web site for a list of affiliate radio stations in your area.
