College World Series 2012, Tucson Regional: Wildcats Face Missouri Tigers On Friday

The Arizona Wildcats won a share of the Pac-12 regular season title and will now host a regional for the 2012 College World Series. Led by one of the best offenses in the country and a solid pitching staff, many in Tucson are thinking of a deep run in the tournament in the coming weeks.

In order to reach the College World Series the 'Cats must win their regional, which will be held at Hi Corbett Field beginning Friday. Here is a schedule of the weekend's events, courtesy of Ryan Finley of the Arizona Daily Star.

Friday (ESPNU)
Game 1: No. 3 Louisville vs. No. 2 New Mexico State, 4 p.m.
Game 2: No. 4 Missouri vs. No. 1 Arizona, 8 p.m.

Saturday (ESPNU)
Game 3: Loser Game 1 vs. Loser Game 2, 4 p.m.
Game 4: Winner Game 1 vs. Winner Game 2, 8 p.m.

Sunday (online at ESPN3.com)
Game 5: Winner Game 3 vs. Loser Game 4, 4 p.m.
Game 6: Winner Game 4 vs. Loser Game 5, 8 p.m.

Monday (ESPNU)
Game 7: (if necessary) Winner Game 6 vs. Loser Game 6, 8 p.m.
