The official UFC 149: Aldo vs. Koch pre-fight press conference took place Wednesday, May 9, from Alberta, Canada. UFC featherweight champion Jose Aldo and number-one contender Erik Koch were in attendance to field questions from the Canadian media regarding their newly-booked title fight, which is slated to headline UFC 149 on July 21 at the Scotiabank Saddledome in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

Also booked for the card are light heavyweights Shogun Rua vs. Thiago Silva, heavyweights Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira vs. Cheick Kongo, middleweights Michael Bisping vs. Tim Boetsch, and welterweights Thiago Alves vs. Siyar Bahadurzada.
