2012 Masters Day Three Final Standings: Peter Hanson Leads, Phil Mickelson And Louis Oosthuizen Trail Narrowly

A wild day three of the 2012 Masters Tournament is all said and done, and with the dust settled Peter Hanson has taken the lead at 9-under. He shot 7-under for the day, with five birdies on the back nine and eight in total.

Phil Mickelson sits in second place with a score of 6-under on the day and 8-under overall, and Louis Oosthuizen rounds out the top three with a score of 3-under on the day and 7-under in total. Hanson and Mickelson both made significant climbs in the rankings, moving up ten and nine spots respectively.

Arizona's representatives in the tournament did not fare so well, with Aaron Baddeley finishing 5-over for the day and 3-over in total, leaving him tied for 38th place. Martin Kaymer and Martin Laird remained tied at 48th place, both with 6-over on the tournament, though Laird bested Kaymer for the day, 2-over to 3-over.
