The West regional will see both of their games taking place in Phoenix, Arizona, and will feature four teams that have a pretty solid chance of making it to New Orleans in the Final Four. The Michigan St. Spartans are the top seed, but they're hardly an overwhelming squad that is expected to dominate its opponents. The Marquette Eagles, Louisville Cardinals and the Florida Gators all have definite shots at winning two in a row in Phoenix next week. Michigan State will have the best shot.
Here's the Thursday schedule featuring West and East regional action. Games will tip-off regionally around 4:47 PM PT/7:47 PM ET in Arizona.
