Normally that is no big deal, except this year. agents are complaining about his antics of pushing players to their absolute max.

However, to blame Lott for his boisterous pushing is absurd. If you have ever seen a weight room with a guy like Lott, then you have seen exactly the same thing. It is the culture of the weight room.â†µ
Players every year skip drills at the combine, because of injuries or to simply wait. If players are concerned about injuries, they should skip it. There is another thing -- as athletes, they need to know how to tell when their body is telling them to stop.â†µ
Blame the weight room coach? Bad idea. He's just doing his job.â†µ
