The roof will be open at University of Phoenix Stadium on Sunday afternoon's game between the Cardinals and the Lions.

For Sunday afternoon's game between the Arizona Cardinals and Detroit Lions, the roof will be open at University of Phoenix Stadium for the 2:05 p.m. kickoff. The weather is expected to be nice in Phoenix, with temperatures in the upper 50s and mostly sunny skies.

The Cardinals are back at home for the first time since Nov. 25, and will be hoping that the nice weather is a positive omen for the team. Arizona has lost nine games in a row and will be looking to avoid losing their most games ever in a season.

The last time the Cardinals lost 10 games in one season was when they went 0-10 in the 1943, and that was when the team was based in Chicago.

Arizona is a better team at home, with a 3-3 record, but they have not won at their own stadium since a 24-21 overtime win against the Miami Dolphins back on Sept. 30.
