The polarizing backup QB is among Wednesday's limited participants.

One positive for the New York Jets after getting beaten decisively by the Patriots on Thanksgiving night is the three extra days of rest that come with playing a Thursday game - something a banged up Jets team definitely needed.

Let's get this out of the way: Tim Tebow (ribs) returned to practice but was a limited participant after being inactive Thursday.

Other limited participants were Bart Scott (toe), Jeremy Kerley (heel, hamstring, illness), Sione Po'uha (back) and Chaz Schilens (concussion, hip).

DB Aaron Berry (quad) and WR Clyde Gates (concussion) did not practice.

Notable full participants were RBs Bilial Powell (shoulder) and Joe McKnight (ankle). McKnight also sees action as a kick returner. Guard Matt Slauson (knee) was also a full participant on Wednesday. Safety LaRon Landry (heel) participated fully, which is welcome news to New York's secondary.

QB Mark Sanchez was also listed as a full participant (back) on the injury report.
