Kansas City Chiefs at Oakland Raiders (-6): Welcome to the NFL, Carson Palmer! You might be out of shape and rusty but you get the Chiefs at home which is basically a warm-up game. Pick: Raiders

St. Louis Rams at Dallas Cowboys (-13): Last week we got burned picking the Rams to cover the spread against Green Bay. Not again will we make that mistake, especially considering how good the Cowboys defense has been. Pick: Cowboys

Green Bay Packers at Minnesota Vikings (+10): We keep waiting for the Packers to stumble. There's no reason on Earth they should, but gut instinct says the combination of being on the road, the Vikings coming off a Bears beat-down, and Green Bay hubris says that they won't cover. Pick: Vikings

Indianapolis Colts at New Orleans Saints (-14): The Saints are certainly 14 points better than the Colts. Pick: Saints

Baltimore Ravens at Jacksonville Jaguars (+8.5): This is a tough one to pick. The Ravens will certainly have no problem holding the Jaguars down but will they score enough points to cover? Flip a coin, we did. Pick: Ravens
