Steve Nash's Directorial Debut: Into The Wind (The Terry Fox Story), 5:00 P.M. AZT

Steve Nash's long-await debut as a film director comes tonight with the airing of "Into the Wind (The Terry Fox Story)" on ESPN at 5:00 p.m. Arizona time (8:00 p.m. EST).

Nash was asked about the documentary at the Phoenix Suns media day, "Everyone who's seen it, or most of the people who've seen it, have been very complementary."

The story is about Terry Fox who in 1980 after losing his leg to bone cancer, ran across the entire length of Canada. He started out in anonymity but quickly gained a following and raised awareness and money for cancer research. Fox made it two-thirds of the way before new tumors forced him to stop.
