In what ends up basically being a switch-a-roo with the Cleveland Cavaliers, former Phoenix Suns executive David Griffin — who left the organization soon after General Manager Steve Kerr did — has been hired as the Vice President of Basketball Operations.
Griffin will replace Lance Blanks, who coincidentally left the Cavs to join the Suns as GM.
