Suns Assistant Coach Igor Kokoskov To Become U.S. Citizen

From the official release:

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will welcome Valley resident and Phoenix Suns assistant coach Igor Kokoskov as a new U.S. citizen tomorrow during a special ceremony at US Airways Center.

A native of Belgrade, Yugoslavia, Kokoskov became the first non-American coach in NBA history in 2000. He also became the first European coach to hold a full-time position with an NCAA Division I-A school when he served as an assistant at the University of Missouri.

Phoenix District 25 Director John Kramar will administer the Oath of Allegiance to Kokoskov, and Phoenix Field Officer John Ramirez will present the motion for citizenship.
